The position supports staff development, sound clinical decision-making, service quality, risk management, and compliance.\nThe Clinical Supervisor reviews clinical records, facilitates case reviews and multidisciplinary staffing, and communicates expectations for follow-up and corrective action. The position may also maintain a caseload and provide assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and other direct clinical services within the scope of applicable licensure.\nServices are delivered in office, home, school, and community-based settings according to the assessed needs, strengths, preferences, goals, and circumstances of the participant and family.
