As the Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of the South Central Pennsylvania programs. You will work closely with a team of Program Directors and National Leadership to ensure the successful execution of initiatives aimed at supporting individuals and families in need.\nStatus: Full-Time Salary FLSA Classification: Exempt\nSummary of the Position:\nRegional Director is responsible for the overall management of programs in the assigned region to include client services, human resources, personnel, budgets, and program development issues.\nRegional Director is responsible to provide direction and support to local programs according to the strategic direction set by leadership. Further required is a broad understanding and ability to assist with new program development, design and implementation. Provide support to leadership in evaluating program needs, development of action plans, and assessing follow through. Individual must have the ability to work independently and also act as an integral part of the larger team.\nHave demonstrated management and supervisory experience in a social services setting, strong leadership background with excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
