mechanisms across business verticals.\n\n- Monitor delivery health, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively.\n\n- Lead hiring, mentoring, performance management, and capability development for the Delivery Team.\n\n- Improve delivery maturity through Agile, Scrum, Hybrid PMO, and DevOps best practices.\n\n- Work closely with the Innovation and Product teams to translate business ideas into scalable deliverables.\n\n- Participate in strategic discussions for new business opportunities, solutioning, and implementation feasibility.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\n\n- Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery and technology teams.\n\n- Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.\n\n- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.\n\n- Experience handling enterprise-grade software delivery and SaaS implementations.\n\n- Strong escalation management and problem-solving mindset.\n\n- Understanding of software development lifecycle, QA, release management, and support operations.\n\n- Ability to create governance frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and operational reviews.\n\n- Strong commercial understanding including project costing, resource planning, and delivery efficiency.\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.\n\n- Experience working in fast-growing and
