You will write production code alongside AI coding agents, and you will own what the product achieves in the business, not just its launch. You'll partner with AI coding agents to build production systems, and once something's live, it's still yours: you monitor it, fix it, improve it, and drive its adoption.\nThis role reports to the Director of Data & Analytics and works closely with business, operations, engineering and country teams.\nYou Will:\nOwn and drive product initiatives, features, and workstreams end to end, from problem definition, data requirements, build, evaluation, launch, and running the product after launch\nWrite and ship production code with AI coding agents to our engineering standard, and review what the agent produces before it ships\nBuild the evaluation suites that gate releases: accuracy, guardrails, regression sets \nMonitor your live products daily: watch accuracy, usage and failures, fix what breaks, and continue to improve the product\nDrive adoption of what you build and measure it, from training users, chasing usage, and changing the product when required\nOwn and report the business impact of your products in numbers: e.g. tickets resolved, hours saved, decisions made faster, errors avoided\nTranslate business questions into executable specifications, such as data definitions, user stories, acceptance criteria with a measurable bar\nCollaborate closely with the people who use what you build - CS agents, finance analysts, and country teams to turn real operational pain points into working solutions\nWrite the documentation that lets someone else run it: runbooks, design notes, evaluation reports, training materials, etc.\nYou Are:\n1-3 years of hands-on experience building products, software, or data/AI systems \nSolid programming fundamentals, comfortable writing and understanding production code\nClear communicator in writing and in person, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams\nStrong problem-solving skills, comfortable working with AI coding agents, and the judgment to know when AI-generated code is right and when it isn't - you use AI for speed and stay responsible for the result\nStructured thinker who can determine works that matter, and break down messy problems into practical, executable solutions before building\nDefine and track product and operational metrics such as conversion rates, campaign performance, engagement rates, and operational SLAs\nHaving an ownership mentality, comfortable owning outcomes, not just deliverables, and accountable for what the product does after it ships\nCurious, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities \nGood to Have:\nShipped or evaluated LLM-powered features in production\nExposure to fintech, payments or another regulated environment\nWarehouse experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar), dashboards, or metrics-layer work\nA genuine interest in travel and overseas spending -
