The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Flutter development and a solid background in iOS or Android native app development (preferably both). As a Staff Mobile Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and replatforming our mobile applications, ensuring stability, maintainability, and top-notch user experiences. Your focus will include driving efficiencies, improving processes, and mentoring team members to elevate our mobile engineering capabilities.\nYou Will:\nLead the development of our mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, integrating best practices for performance and maintainability.\nArchitect robust and maintainable solutions, incorporating platform-specific enhancements with Swift or Kotlin where necessary.\nOwnership of app store access and deployment accounts (App Store Connect, Google Play, Firebase) across all the markets, including Apple certificates, provisioning profiles, and code signing repositories. \nCrash/incident triage -
