As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.In this role, you will operate at the critical intersection of ad technology, strategic media planning, and complex business transformation. You will be a technical expert, media strategist, and collaborative leader. You will be operating within a highly matrixed global organization, and will navigate cross-functional partnerships across Business, Product Management, Engineering, and Regional Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. products.\nTo learn more about gTech, check out our video.\nResponsibilities\nLead the Product Deployment Engineering (PDE) team for YouTube+ across Australia and New Zealand, managing a matrixed organization through joint planning, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and success metrics.\nPartner with cross-functional leadership, including sales, specialists, GTM, to align on customer interventions, drive product adoption, and unlock revenue pipeline opportunities.\nOwn service delivery and planning for AUNZ Large Customer Sales (LCS) customers, pioneering new integrated media and technical support constructs in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.\nManage strategic stakeholder relationships, advising external C-level clients and internal executives to resolve complex escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.\nProvide deep technical and market expertise in systems infrastructure, AI fluency, video measurement, and Media Mix Modeling to drive full adoption of Google products.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.\n5 years of experience in people management. \nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience leading and mentoring technical teams.\nProven technical background in web architectures, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, and systems design, with practical experience integrating machine learning or AI-motivated solutions into commercial workflows.\nTrack record of acting as a trusted advisor to C-level and agency leadership, translating complex technical architectures into strategic media and business outcomes.\nDeep familiarity with the Australia and New Zealand media landscape, key agency holding groups, enterprise client challenges, and local industry governance/measurement bodies.\nDemonstrated domain expertise in video advertising effectiveness, cross-media measurement methodologies, Media Mix Modeling, Brand Lift studies, or attribution
