We manage compliance long term, utilizing controls to measure and scale how we comply. We also handle testing, risk assessments, and issue management related to our compliance positions. We handle the Digital Services Act Audit and Systemic Risk Assessments, including cross-YouTube VP engagement to sign off on external publications.\nIn this role, you'll facilitate leadership engagement on critical and timely compliance topics. YouTube regularly engages Product VPs and Directors to make compliance decisions on our strategy for emerging regulatory topics. This role is designed to empower those leaders with the information they need to navigate those strategic decisions. You'll organize various compliance and related Product perspectives into executive briefings, reports, and other similar updates. You'll facilitate regular thematic updates to teams across YouTube, and support ongoing YouTube-wide program health.
