We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun - and we do it all together.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $183000 - $265000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead the TV Partner Engineering team to accelerate YouTube’s Primetime Channels business globally, delivering impactful technical integrations and streamlining operational workflows for media partners.\nIdentify technical gaps and build scalable, innovative solutions for external media partners to enable seamless integration and platform reliability.\nPartner with and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business Development) and external media executives to align on strategic priorities and push the TV industry forward.\nExercise autonomous decision-making and sound judgment under ambiguity, serving as a role model, team escalation point, and liaison with executive leadership.\nSet clear expectations, deliver constructive feedback, and provide continuous coaching to empower team members to achieve high-impact results.
