Their solution empowers businesses to manage international payments, reduce transaction fees, automate financial operations, and gain full visibility and control over their cash flows.\nKey Requirements:\n\n🔹 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology-driven products;\n\n🔹 Hands-on experience working on a product with AI/LLM integration in a production environment;\n\n🔹 Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and translating business needs into clear tasks and user stories for developers;\n\n🔹 Understanding of how AI-powered features are implemented and used in real-world products;\n\n🔹 Experience with product metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making;\n\n🔹 Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong ownership mindset;\n\n🔹 Experience with Trello or similar task management tools;\n\n🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.\nWill be plus:\n\n🔹 Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries;\n\n🔹 Experience with startups or lean product teams;\n\n🔹 Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on AI-driven solutions;\nWhat you will do:\n\n🔹 Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable development tasks;\n\n🔹 Gather requirements from stakeholders, participate in client meetings, and act as a user/client advocate;\n\n🔹 Proactively investigate product gaps and identify opportunities for improvement using product analytics and user feedback;\n\n🔹 Own and maintain the product backlog in Trello, prioritize tasks, and track scope, timelines, and delivery;\n\n🔹 Collaborate closely with the CTO, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and product delivery;\nInterview stages:\n\n🔹 HR Interview;\n\n🔹 CTO Interview (Experience & Use Cases);\n\n🔹 Reference Check;\n\n🔹 Offer;\nWhy Join Us?\nAt YozmaTech, we’re self-starters who grow together.
