tools and agents as an integral part of the software development lifecycle.\n\n🔹Knows how to use AI effectively for coding, debugging, testing, code exploration, refactoring, documentation, and technical research.\n\n🔹Can design effective workflows around AI rather than relying on simple prompting.\n\n🔹Can identify engineering tasks and processes that can be automated or significantly accelerated with AI.\n\n🔹Understands both the capabilities and limitations of AI-generated code and applies strong engineering judgment when reviewing and deploying it.\n\n🔹Bonus: has built internal AI tools, agents, automation workflows, or AI-powered product capabilities.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n🔹 5+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in backend development;\n\n🔹 Strong experience designing and building production-grade services and APIs;\n\n🔹 Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data structures, clean code, and scalable architecture;\n\n🔹 Strong experience working with C# / .NET ;\n\n🔹 Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably MySQL;\n\n🔹 Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms;\n\n🔹 Experience with distributed systems, high-scale environments, and production troubleshooting;\n\n🔹 Experience integrating with complex external APIs and third-party platforms;\n\n🔹 Strong ownership mindset — comfortable taking a problem from initial definition through production;\n\n🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills;\n\n🔹 Ability to independently explore unfamiliar domains and technologies and quickly turn them into working solutions;\n\n🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n🔹Design, develop, and own scalable backend services and APIs supporting our social advertising capabilities;\n\n🔹 Build and maintain integrations with leading social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising ecosystems;\n\n🔹 Take end-to-end ownership of features — from technical design and implementation through production rollout, monitoring, and optimization;\n\n🔹 Work with complex third-party APIs, authentication flows, data models, platform limitations, and constantly evolving external integrations;\n\n🔹 Build reliable, high-scale distributed services operating in a cloud production environment;\n\n🔹 Develop a deep understanding of the product and business use cases, and contribute to product and technical decisions — not only implementation;\n\n🔹 Identify opportunities to simplify systems, automate processes, and improve
