  • Configure and maintain HRIS business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and system settings to support HR operations.
  • Plan, test, and implement HRIS releases, configuration changes, and approved system enhancements.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain data governance through regular audits, data validation, security administration, and documentation to ensure system accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system configurations, business processes, and standard operating procedures to support consistency and business continuity.

Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership

  • Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers, coordinating issue resolution, system enhancements, contract renewals, and ensuring invoices are reviewed, submitted, and processed in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Provide end-user support and training, developing resources that promote effective use of HRIS and a positive user experience.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and manage HRIS-related projects from planning through implementation, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve HR processes through effective use of HRIS functionality and system capabilities.

SKILLS

  • Highly collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to understand business needs and translate business requirements into clear functional system requirements, configurations, and solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate conversations with stakeholders, ask effective questions, clarify requirements, and build alignment on system needs, priorities, and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate processes, identify root causes, and recommend practical system solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate stakeholders, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts, system impacts, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, system integrity, and quality.
  • Ability to work independently while proactively engaging stakeholders and communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Demonstrated customer-service mindset with the ability to provide responsive, solutions-oriented support to system users.

We aim to be fair, consistent, and thoughtful stewards of our resources, and we ground pay decisions in market data, role scope, and internal equity rather than negotiation alone.
