This role scopes requests, assesses project and resource requirements, develops and manages production schedules, and coordinates work across stakeholders and creative team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to established quality standards. In coordination with the Marketing Systems Manager and Operations Intelligence & Automation Manager, the Marketing Project Manager acts as a critical project management liaison for assigned work, supporting clear communication, effective collaboration and consistent use of the organization’s project management processes and platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nScope and determine feasibility of producing new creative assets.\n\nMaintain quality standards across the production of all creative assets and deliverables.\n\nPlan, adjust and manage production schedules that fit the needs of the marketing or creative briefs.\n\nImplement new processes, platforms and creative best practices to optimize resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high quality, on-time, on-budget creative deliverables.\n\nTrack and traffic jobs, from beginning to end, so projects are meeting stakeholder expectations.\n\nServe as project management liaison and lead point of communication between Creative & Brand Experience and other departments for tiers 2 and 3 requests.\n\nAssess project and resource requirements.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to support team collaboration.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFlexible and proactive approach to handling changing priorities.\n\nBasic understanding of creative workflows and marketing processes.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., RoboHead, Hive) is a plus.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, marketing support or administrative roles.\n\nExperience in a creative, marketing or communications environment preferred.\n\nExposure to cross-functional teams and vendor coordination a plus.\n\nExperience working in diverse, global organizations, collaborating across departments, regions, and cultures to drive alignment and meet organizational goals.\n\nHands-on experience using project management platforms to track project progress and manage workflows.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications) preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, without restrictions, approximately 5-10% per year.\n\nCOMPENSATION& PAY TRANSPARENCY\nCompensation at YPO is one part of a broader philosophy built to attract and engage talented professionals in every country and function where we operate.
