experience.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or a similar role.\nExperience partnering with managers and supporting frontline or operational teams.\nStrong employee relations, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.\nProfessional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred\nExperience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution is
