Warehouse Manager (Bilingual in Mandarin) - Small Item

We are seeking an experienced bilingual Senior Warehouse Manager - Small Parcel Operations to lead our high-volume warehouse in Port Reading, New Jersey. The facility supports complex, multi-client small-parcel and e-commerce fulfillment operations, with a workforce of approximately 500-700 employees during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, picking, sorting, packing, inventory control, returns, and outbound shipping.
• Manage and develop a large warehouse organization, including managers, supervisors, direct employees, and temporary labor.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, training, performance, attendance, and retention.
• Translate customer forecasts and service requirements into labor, capacity, and daily operating plans.
• Monitor productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, cost, and customer SLA performance.
• Lead operational reviews and implement corrective actions when performance falls below target.
• Manage multiple customer requirements, workflows, order profiles, and shipping cut-off times.
• Partner with HR, staffing agencies, transportation, customer service, IT, and account management teams.
• Drive improvements in workflow, warehouse layout, labor productivity, quality, capacity, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and inventory security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in small-parcel, e-commerce, fulfillment, multi-client, or 3PL operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing large teams, multiple shifts, and temporary labor.
• Strong knowledge of labor planning, operational KPIs, customer SLAs, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Location: Port Reading, NJ 07064
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Annual salary: $80,000-$120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
