This individual will manage production workflows, operate studio equipment, coordinate talent and schedules, produce high-quality content, and help grow external studio business opportunities.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nStudio Operations & Production\nManage and oversee all studio activities including podcasts, interviews, webinars, livestreams, video productions, music recording sessions, and special projects.\nServe as the on-site production lead, coordinating hosts, guests, producers, and support personnel during recording sessions.\nWork with the producer of the Wyatt Matters podcast, a Christian program, to coordinate resources and expand the show’s reach.\nOperate studio audio, video, lighting, and recording equipment while maintaining production quality standards.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with Yrefy brand standards.\nScheduling & Project Coordination\nManage the studio calendar, scheduling, and utilization of recording facilities.\nCoordinate talent, guests, vendors, and production personnel.\nServe as the primary point of contact for production-related communications and project updates.\nDevelop and improve studio workflows, procedures, and operating standards.\nContent Production\nRecord, edit, produce, and publish podcasts, videos, interviews, training content, and marketing materials.\nPrepare content for distribution across web, social media, advertising, and other digital channels.\nMaintain content libraries and digital asset management systems.\nEquipment & Facility Management\nMaintain studio equipment, technology, inventory, and production assets.\nCoordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and replacement needs.\nEnsure studio facilities remain organized, secure, and production-ready.\nBusiness Development, Revenue Generation & Reporting\nMarket and promote the studio as a professional production resource throughout the Phoenix metro area.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with businesses, content creators, podcasters, musicians, influencers, organizations, and other external clients seeking production services.\nManage studio service and production inquiries from initial contact through proposal development, pricing, project execution, and final delivery.\nCreate and maintain service packages, pricing structures, and production proposals that align with studio capabilities and business objectives.\nGenerate external production opportunities, studio rental revenue, and strategic partnerships to increase studio utilization and profitability.\nIdentify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities that expand the studio's market presence. One of our client partners is Turning Point USA, and this position will help us expand our client base.\nCollaborate with Yrefy's marketing team to increase awareness of studio services and drive client acquisition.\nMonitor and analyze studio activity, utilization rates, project performance, and revenue metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Audio Engineering, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field preferred.\nThree or more years of experience managing multiple media productions, such as: audio, video, podcast, broadcast, or production studio operations.\nExperience with professional audio/video equipment (Sony & Blackmagic cameras), livestream production, and post-production software.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.\nStrong project management, communication, organizational, and technical troubleshooting skills.\nExperience coordinating production schedules, talent, vendors, and clients.\nExperience in business development, client relationship management, or revenue-generating studio services preferred.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work on production sets for extended periods.\nRegular on-site attendance at Yrefy's Phoenix office and studio facilities.\nOccasional
