You will support deployments, automate workflows, and help ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud-based applications for both client and internal projects.\n🧙♂️ In This Role You Will\n\nSupport and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications\n\nWork with GCP/Azure infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers\n\nMaintain and improve GitHub Actions / GitHub Pipelines\n\nSupport multi-stage CI/CD workflows (build, test, deploy)\n\nSet up DevOps infrastructure for new projects from scratch\n\nBuild and maintain MLOps pipelines for machine learning workflows\n\nAssist with incident investigation and resolution\n\nBuild and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform\n\nParticipate in change management and release processes\n\nMonitor CI/CD pipelines, applications, and infrastructure\n\nAnalyze existing infrastructure and suggest improvements\n\nWork closely with backend and frontend engineers to support deployments\n\nCollaborate with an international distributed team\n\n🎯 You May Be Interested If\n\nYou enjoy solving infrastructure and automation challenges\n\nYou are excited about building reliable cloud systems and delivery pipelines\n\nYou thrive in a remote-first environment with flexible working hours\n\nYou want to join a small, dynamic team and make a meaningful impact\n\nYou value transparency, respect, and continuous learning\n\nYou are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in DevOps and MLOps\n\n🍰 Role Requirements\n\n3+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform roles\n\nStrong understanding of cloud environments (GCP primary, AWS/Azure is a plus)\n\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar tools)\n\nHands-on experience with Terraform (or other IaC tools)\n\nStrong understanding of Git fundamentals (branches, PRs, tags)\n\nExperience with Docker and containerized applications\n\nWorking knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu)\n\nSolid scripting skills (Bash / Shell / Python)\n\nFamiliarity with package managers: apt, yum, brew, npm, pip\n\nStrong understanding of monitoring and logging concepts\n\nWillingness to learn and improve security best practices in CI/CD\n\nEnglish level B2+\n\n⭐ Nice to Have\nExperience with MLOps tools and workflows (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)\n\nHands-on experience with N8N workflow automation\n\nExperience setting up DevOps infrastructure for greenfield projects\n\nKnowledge of Prometheus and Grafana\n\nExposure to cloud networking concepts (reverse proxies, load balancers)\n\nExperience with incident response or on-call rotations\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipeline security and secret management\n\nExperience supporting Python/Django or Node.js deployments\n💻 Working Conditions\n\nThis is a fully remote position with the entire team across Ukraine.\n\nThe team collaboratively defines deadlines, ensuring a balanced and manageable workload.
