This role will work closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen brand consistency, coordinate campaigns and content, support user engagement initiatives, and use data and insights to improve brand performance. The role offers broad exposure to global brand operations within the financial services industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nBrand Strategy & Project Management: Support the development of global brand operations strategies and translate them into actionable plans and marketing projects, with a focus on financial services branding and achieving business objectives. \nOwned Media & Content Operations: Coordinate the operation of owned media channels, including content localisation, publishing schedules, audience engagement, and basic performance analysis. Work with regional teams to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across markets. \nUser Engagement & Growth: Support user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion initiatives through membership programmes, community activities, events, and other relevant engagement initiatives. \nBrand Events & Content: Support the planning and execution of online and offline brand events and product launch campaigns. Coordinate the development and monitoring of professional content that reflects the brand's positioning and meets applicable quality and compliance requirements. \nCross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and regional teams to coordinate projects and deliverables. Monitor key operational metrics, analyse performance data, and provide insights and recommendations to support ongoing optimisation. \nQualifications & Requirements\nExperience: 5+ years of experience in brand operations, digital marketing, user operations, or related fields, including 1-2 years of experience managing a team or leading key projects. Experience in financial services brand management or marketing is required. Experience supporting global or regional brands is preferred. \nTrack Record: Demonstrated experience delivering brand campaigns, marketing content, large-scale online events, or similar brand initiatives, with the ability to clearly articulate your individual contribution and outcomes. \nGlobal & Cross-Cultural Experience: Experience supporting global or regional brand channels or media operations, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different markets and cultural contexts. \nCore Capabilities: Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, multitasking, and collaboration skills. Able to interpret operational data, identify insights, and translate them into practical recommendations. Proactive, organised, and accountable. \n Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above.
