Participate in the design of components related to basic marketing experiences. Possess foundational UI skills and be capable of independently completing UI design for marketing campaign landing pages.\nOversee the design and packaging of brand merchandise, including but not limited to scene-based setups and gift box design.\nGain a deep understanding of business plans and objectives, lead design creativity, and efficiently produce design solutions. Develop short-to-medium term design strategies and actions that support business goals, ensuring full-cycle delivery from concept, creation, and implementation to post-launch review, driving experience optimization and improved business outcomes.\nDemonstrate strong visual communication skills, with the ability to independently define design directions and build visual systems from scratch. Proficiently use a variety of design tools to meet diverse creative needs, leveraging multiple techniques. Validate design effectiveness with data and continuously refine design approaches.\nConduct localized design trend research based on user characteristics of different countries, and effectively translate these insights into brand marketing initiatives to enhance user acceptance across markets.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Digital Media Animation, Industrial Design, or related design fields, with 3+ years of experience in mobile creative visual design.\nProficient in applying AIGC tools in practical work; skilled in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (AE), and other design software.\nWell-rounded professional skills with solid fundamentals. Possess strong design aesthetics and visual expression capabilities, a keen sense of trends and industry changes, and a proven ability to innovate and break new ground.
