To find out more about the organisation, please visit ytlpowerseraya.com.\n\n*As at 4 February 2026, our registered generating capacity with EMA is 2,487 MW.\n\n RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Helpdesk Support and End-User Services\n\nManage IT Helpdesk calls and service requests, ensuring all incidents, issues, and requests are properly logged, tracked, and resolved.\n\nProvide technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, and applications.\n\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities for end users.\n\nUser and Systems Administration\n\nAdminister user accounts, including account creation, deactivation, and the purging of disabled accounts.\n\nAdminister printer servers, including printer installation and folder mapping.\n\nAdminister email accounts and phone systems.\n\nInfrastructure and Endpoint Management\n\nManage Windows 11 environments, including monthly patching, operating system upgrades, and system imaging.\n\nPerform hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics for laptops and desktops.\n\nProvide first-level network troubleshooting and administer the guest network.\n\nAdminister and support projectors, audio-visual systems, and meeting room equipment.\n\nAsset Management, Reporting, and Vendor Coordination\n\nManage inventory for laptops, desktops, IT peripherals, and software assets.\n\nPrepare slides for weekly team meetings and reports as required.\n\nCoordinate with vendors performing maintenance or recovery work on IT equipment.\n\nOperational Support and After-Hours Duties\n\nParticipate in the after-hours duty phone rotation.\n\nProvide support on weekends or outside office hours when required.\n\nPerform ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nDiploma in IT or related fields\n\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365.\n\nWillingness to work on Jurong Island once a week or as assigned.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nExperience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central will be an advantage. \n\nITIL Foundation Certification will be an advantage.\n\nWork Attributes\n\nStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\n\nReliable and able to follow established processes and procedures.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood interpersonal and written communication skills.\n\n Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - YTL PowerSeraya Pte.
