Efficiently allocate and monitor marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiencies.\n\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with product, business, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.\n\nSEO & ASO Implementation: Drive organic traffic and app store visibility by applying best practices in SEO and ASO.\n\nUser Journey Enhancement: Optimize website, landing pages, and app flows to improve user experience and conversions.\n\nPerformance Reporting: Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to evaluate performance marketing metrics and identify opportunities for growth.\n\nRequirements:\n3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling large-budget campaigns.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in tools like Amplitude, WebEngage, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer.\n\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and app marketing.\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from funnel and user behavior data.\n\nExperience in building dashboards and implementing event tracking for effective campaign analysis.\n\nSolid understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASO (App Store Optimization) principles.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently as an IC while managing
