The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and maintaining recruitment data, generating insightful reports, and supporting the team in driving efficiency through data-driven decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Management:\nMaintain and update recruitment databases with candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring metrics.\nEnsure the accuracy and
