Come, join the club to be a part of our epic growth story.\nLocation: Mumbai\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end implementation of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals.\nAllocate resources and assign tasks to team members, monitoring progress and performance.\nMaintain constant communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.\nIdentify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.\nEnsure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.\nFacilitate cross-functional team collaboration to resolve project challenges and deliver on expectations.\nProvide leadership and guidance to project teams and foster a productive working environment.\nConduct project post-mortem analysis and prepare lessons learned documentation for future improvements.\nWork with the product and business teams to prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.\nQualifications:\n8-12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
