We blend creativity with generative AI to deliver videos that feel human, contextual, and outcome-driven.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a Creative Director - AI Video to own the creative vision, quality, and execution of videos produced on YuVin. This role combines strong creative leadership with hands-on execution, especially in the early stages of AI video template creation.\nYou will work closely with enterprise clients, internal product and AI teams, and lead a small creative team to deliver videos that are brand-safe, scalable, and impactful.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative Ownership\nOwn the end-to-end creative direction for all videos produced on YuVin.\n\nDefine creative standards, visual language, tone, and storytelling frameworks.\n\nEnsure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across client videos.\n\nHands-on AI Video Creation\nDesign and build initial AI video templates (structure, flow, visual logic, narration style).\n\nWork directly with AI tools (video generation, avatars, voice, scripts) to create production-ready outputs.\n\nContinuously refine prompts, templates, and creative workflows for scale.\n\nClient Collaboration\nWork closely with enterprise clients to understand business goals and translate them into compelling video narratives.\n\nLead creative discussions, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.\n\nAct as the creative face of YuVin in client engagements.\n\nProject & Team Management\nManage multiple client projects end-to-end-from brief to final delivery.\n\nGuide and mentor designers, video editors, and AI creatives in the team.\n\nCoordinate with product, engineering, and AI teams to align creativity with platform capabilities.\n\nInnovation & Experimentation\nStay on top of emerging AI video trends, tools, and formats.\n\nExperiment with new storytelling formats for personalization, localization, and interactivity.\n\nPush the boundaries of what AI-generated video can do in enterprise use cases.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust-Haves\n7-12 years of experience in video, creative direction, or content production.\n\nStrong portfolio of video-led storytelling (brand, explainer, product, or narrative).\n\nProven ability to be hands-on, not just directional.\n\nExperience working with clients and managing feedback cycles.\n\nHigh ownership mindset-comfortable building from scratch.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with AI video, generative tools, or emerging media.\n\nBackground in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or enterprise products.\n\nUnderstanding of personalization, localization, or performance-driven content.\n\nPrior experience building
