Come, join the club to be a part of our epic growth story.\nRole and Responsibilities\nDeveloping a revolutionary finance marketplace product that includes design, user experience, and business logic to ensure the product is easy to use, appealing, and effective.\n\nEnsure that the implementation adheres to defined specs and processes in the PRD\n\nOwn end-to-end quality of deliverables during all phases of the software development lifecycle.\n\nWork with managers, leads and peers to come up with implementation options.\n\nAbility to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs\n\nMentor junior engineers and foster innovation within the team.\n\nDesign and develop the pod’s software components and systems.\n\nEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes, driving adoption to ensure high-quality products.\n\nRequirements\nReactJS: 5+ years’ experience\n- Led 2-3 front-end projects in ReactJS\n- Delivered/Can Own at least 1 end-to-end project using ReactJS and Node JS(Express) in collaboration with colleagues\nNodeJS (Express): 3+ years’ experience\n- Capable of backend communication, debugging, and adding features\nPython: Working knowledge is a plus\nSpring Boot: Open to learning and contributing to backend development\nMust Have Skills:\n- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills\n- Ability to plan and deliver front-end tasks within committed timelines\n- Commitment to writing scalable, well-defined, and maintainable code\n- Hands-on experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes\n- Willing to work on-site as required (Belapur - 3 days, BKC - 2 days per week)\n- Exposure to on-premise banking environments is a plus\nBenefits\nYUBI is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
