This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business development.\nThe successful candidate will own program delivery across Yubi offerings - including but not limited to Originators Onboarding for DLP offering, YuVerse, Supply Chain Finance solutions - supporting client onboarding, integration management, process automation, commercial documentation, and partnership expansion. The role demands strong ownership, the ability to operate under tight deadlines, and comfort in working directly with both internal stakeholders and external clients including banks and enterprise partners.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Program & Project Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of technical programs across all Yubi offerings.\nManage project timelines, deliverable tracking, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and client success teams.\nCoordinate patch updates, product releases, and go-live milestones for banks and enterprise clients.\nMaintain real-time visibility of all active engagements and proactively flag risks.\n2. Client Onboarding & Integration Management\nLead technical onboarding of new clients - including API integrations, portal setups, and UAT coordination.\nServe as the first point of escalation for client-side technical issues, ensuring resolution within SLA.\nCoordinate InfoSec and compliance reviews for new client onboarding, working with internal security teams to reduce turnaround time.\nSupport go-live coordination with clients and track revenue milestones post-launch.\n3. Automation & Process Optimisation\nIdentify and automate repetitive operational workflows - including invoicing, reporting, GM computation, and documentation generation.\nBuild and maintain scalable automation tools that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.\nStandardise and manage shared team repositories, ensuring clean documentation hygiene and version control.\n4. Commercial Documentation & RFP Support\nDevelop and maintain standardised Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial templates, and pricing frameworks across Yubi's product suite.\nLead or contribute to RFP and proposal submissions within compressed timelines, ensuring quality and accuracy.\nSupport commercial negotiations and client presentations with data-backed preparation.\n5.
