They work closely with technical teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Technical Project Analyst also communicates project status updates to key stakeholders and provides recommendations to improve project performance.\nResponsibilities\nDeveloping delivery /engineering team objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical delivery is facilitated by working with the TM,EM\n\nDevelop a detailed sprint plan to track progress\n\nMonitor project progress against project plans and make adjustments as necessary\n\nEnsure resolution of dependencies and track them to closure\n\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in sprint scope, schedule\n\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques\n\nReport and escalate to management as needed\n\nManage the relationship with teams\n\nIdentify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop and implement mitigation plans\n\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\n\nFacilitating agile ceremonies and removing any impediments in team\n\nAct as an agile coach for the team\n\nGood mix of both business and technical background to be able to interact assist with different teams effectively.\n\nCertified Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus\n\nRequirements\n\nMust Have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field\n\nExperience working on Start-up Product(B2B,B2C,Saas Space) \n\nExperience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules\n\n3-6 years of experience with any of these skills ( Developer,QA, Product or any technical stream of SDLC)\n\nExperience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana \n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal
