You’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding property performance, all while fostering an outstanding living experience that positively impacts every resident and contributes to the growth and success of our community.\nRequirements\nReporting to the Regional Property Manager, here’s what you’ll be doing!\nSupervise and lead on-site staff to ensure operational goals and daily responsibilities are completed effectively and on time. \nOversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. \nManage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. \nCoordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue performance. \nMonitor market trends, competitor pricing, and community positioning to maintain market competitiveness. \nReview and analyze financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends, delinquency, and operating performance. \nIdentify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve overall asset performance. \nAssist in preparing and managing annual operating and capital budgets. \nInvestigate and resolve resident complaints, disturbances, and policy violations in a professional and timely manner. \nConduct regular property inspections to ensure community appearance, curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. \nOversee property maintenance operations in partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor, including safety compliance and preventative maintenance efforts. \nManage vendors, contractors, and service providers, including bidding, contract compliance, and project coordination. \nCoordinate property improvement projects, renovations, and turn activities while maintaining budget expectations. \nRecruit, train, coach, and develop team members while addressing performance management and employee development needs. \nConduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and operational updates. \nPartner with Regional Managers and corporate teams to communicate property performance and operational needs. \nMaintain accurate property records, reports, leases, and documentation in accordance with company standards. \nEnsure leasing offices, model units, and community spaces are maintained in a professional and welcoming condition. \nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support community operations and business objectives.\nSound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role!\nMinimum of three years’ supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations required.\nRelevant experience running a property, even better at a student/university residential building\nBachelor’s degree in business, a related field, or its equivalent, preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations is required.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships\nExperience within a fast paced, target driven environment with strong focus on sales and marketing\nBe proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.\nBe proficient in property management software’s such as Entrata, Yardi, Real Page or like systems\nCarbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training \nBenefits\nAs part of the Yugo team, you are eligible for a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits and more!
