You’ll be responsible for maintaining common areas, preparing units for new residents, and contributing to an exceptional living environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help create a positive experience for students, ensuring they feel at home in a well-kept space.\nRequirements\nReporting to the General Manager, here’s what you’ll be doing!\nPerform daily cleaning of common areas including office, clubhouse, kitchen, laundry rooms, elevators, and hallways.\nPrepare vacant units by thoroughly cleaning appliances, floors, fixtures, cabinets, windows, and more.\nWalk the property daily to inspect for cleanliness, safety, and maintain great curb appeal.\nClean and tidy occupied units as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.\nAssist with trash pick-up and help maintain a clean and safe community.\nMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any necessary orders to the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.\nBuild positive relationships with residents by offering a friendly greeting and maintaining a professional, helpful presence.\nReport any unusual conditions or maintenance issues to the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.\nAssist in organizing and cleaning corporate units, turnovers, and make-ready units.\nFollow company procedures regarding safety and emergencies, attending training and meetings as required.\nAnd so much more!\nSound good so far?
