You are sustainability-minded and want to help better the future.\nYou are Real, you take pride in what you do, and you own it\nYou are Open, you are open-minded, open-hearted, and open to new ideas\nReporting to the Area Manager here is a snapshot of what you will do:\nUse your upbeat, outgoing personality to lead, mentor, and guide the team to ensure that the student space is running smoothly\nTake full responsibility for the budget and P&L, and the financial performance of the student space.\nYou’ll cross all the T’s and dot the I’s, to and ensure you are managing costs and maximizing profit for the property\nFollow up on all sales opportunities and ensure the student space is at capacity through short term and long term lets\nDrive sales and marketing activities to ensure the student space is full and all marketing channels have been utilized to their full potential\nManage ‘the good’ and turn around the ‘not so good’ - meaning you will handle complaints and offer excellent student experiences to your students\nUse your advanced knowledge of safety, security, compliance, and building management to ensure core operating procedures are adhered to, followed up on and we are providing a safe secure home to our students\nMaintain and develop relationships with key players at the local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers - again here is that winning personality!\nBe a smooth operator and ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaround\nRequirements\nSound good so far?
