By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.\nAbout The Role\nWe are orchestrating the best high-performing team!\nAs a Customer Solutions Engineer, you are the technical owner of a merchant's journey with Yuno from the first discovery call to the first transaction in production. You sit on both sides of the deal: you design the solution that wins it, and you build the integration that makes it real. Demos, technical discovery, architecture proposals, RFPs and security reviews on one side; integration planning, API guidance, testing, and go-live on the other.\nYou will work with merchants processing millions of transactions across LATAM, each with a different stack, a different set of PSPs, and a different definition of \"done\". You will map their payment flows, find where Yuno fits, and translate that into something an engineering team can actually ship. Quality is the standard here, not the goal: every payment, every user, every time. An integration that goes live with unresolved edge cases is not a finished integration.\nNo two merchants integrate the same way, and priorities shift as deals move. You will need to adapt fast, pick up new payment methods and markets as they come, and stay effective when the plan changes mid-cycle. You will also be the connection point between Sales, Product, Engineering, and the merchant's own developers, making sure nothing gets lost between what was promised and what was built.\nIf you like being the person in the room who can answer the hard technical question and then go implement the answer, we want to talk to you.\nYour Contribution Will Be\nLead technical discovery with prospects to understand their payment stack, requirements, and constraints.\n\nRun product demos and deliver technical presentations to engineering and product audiences.\n\nDesign payment orchestration solutions and integration architectures tailored to each merchant.\n\nRespond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence with Sales.\n\nOwn the end-to-end implementation, from kickoff and integration plan to testing and go-live.\n\nGuide merchant developers through Yuno's APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and payment method configurations.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues across payment flows, API logs, and third-party providers.\n\nBuild reusable demo environments, integration guides, and technical documentation that shorten future cycles.\n\nHand off live merchants to Technical Account Management with complete context and documentation.\n\nFeed recurring merchant requirements and integration friction back to Product and Engineering.\n\nSkills You Need\nMinimum Qualifications\nFluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
