As the sole accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations - including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger - and will play a key role in keeping the company's financial records accurate, compliant, and up to date.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nProcess and verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payment\nReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies\nMaintain accurate AP records and aging reports\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nIssue customer invoices and track outstanding balances\nFollow up on overdue payments and manage collections\nReconcile AR ledger and prepare aging reports\nGeneral Ledger (GL)\nRecord and maintain accurate journal entries on a daily/monthly basis\nPerform monthly account reconciliations\nAssist in month-end and year-end closing processes\nPrepare trial balance and support financial statement preparation\nProduct Costing\nCalculate and maintain product costs (material, labor, overhead) and update standard/actual cost records\nAnalyze cost variances between standard and actual costs and investigate root causes\nWork with production/operations teams to track inventory costing and valuation (FIFO/weighted average)\nPrepare cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis and support margin/profitability reporting by product\nReview and update BOM (bill of materials) costing where applicable\nTax & Compliance\nPrepare and file monthly VAT returns and withholding tax (WHT) submissions\nCoordinate with the external auditor for annual audit\nEnsure compliance with Thai Revenue Code and accounting standards\nGeneral Accounting Support\nMaintain organized financial documentation and filing systems using PEAK accounting software\nAssist management with financial reports and ad-hoc analysis as needed\nLiaise with banks for payment processing and account reconciliation\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nMinimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience covering AP, AR, and GL\nExperience with product/inventory costing and COGS analysis is a plus\nSolid understanding of Thai tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT)\nProficiency in PEAK accounting software (or similar)\nStrong Excel skills\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work
