capabilities that support a growing range of hospitality and service applications.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Robotics Engineer, Navigation to enable our robots to move safely and autonomously in real-world environments.\n\nYou will develop and integrate mapping, localization, path-planning and obstacle-avoidance capabilities, working closely with perception, manipulation and system engineers to deliver reliable end-to-end navigation on physical robots.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n· Develop and integrate SLAM, mapping, localization and autonomous-navigation capabilities.\n\n· Select and integrate suitable LiDAR, cameras, IMUs and other navigation sensors.\n\n· Configure and adapt global and local path planning, obstacle avoidance and recovery behaviors.\n\n· Integrate navigation with perception, manipulation and task-execution systems.\n\n· Test and improve navigation reliability on physical robots in dynamic indoor environments.\n\n· Support site mapping, system commissioning and deployment troubleshooting.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.\n\n· Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python.\n\n· Good understanding of SLAM, localization, path planning and obstacle avoidance.\n\n· Experience developing, integrating or testing software for mobile robotic systems.\n\n· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug navigation issues across software, sensors and robot hardware.\n\nStrongly Preferred\n\n· Experience with ROS 2 Nav2 or similar robot-navigation frameworks.\n\n· Experience with LiDAR-based, visual or LiDAR-inertial SLAM.\n\n· Experience integrating and calibrating LiDAR, cameras, IMUs or odometry sensors.\n\n· Experience with navigation in dynamic indoor environments around people and moving obstacles.\n\n· Experience with docking, recovery behaviors or multi-map navigation.\n\n· Experience with humanoid, legged or wheeled mobile robots.\n\n· Demonstrable work through deployed systems, technical projects or robot demonstration videos.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n· End-to-end ownership of
