Our initial focus is the hospitality sector, where robots must operate reliably in dynamic environments and interact naturally with guests and staff.\n\nOur goal is to develop scalable robotic capabilities that support a growing range of hospitality and service applications.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Robotics Engineer, Perception to enable our robots to understand and respond to real-world environments.\n\nYou will develop and integrate computer-vision capabilities for object and person detection, tracking, segmentation, pose estimation and scene understanding. You will also support camera selection and integration while maintaining a reliable perception system for physical robots.\n\nWorking closely with manipulation, navigation and embodied AI engineers, you will turn visual information into dependable robot actions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n· Develop computer-vision capabilities for object and person detection, tracking, segmentation and pose estimation.\n\n· Build RGB-D and 3D-perceptionpipelines for scene understanding and robotic manipulation.\n\n· Select suitable camera hardware, integrate it with the existing robot stack and maintain the perception system.\n\n· Integrate perception outputs with manipulation, navigation and other robot capabilities.\n\n· Optimize perception pipelines for reliable real-time operation on onboard or edge computers.\n\n· Test and improve perception reliability on physical robots under real-world operating conditions.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AI or a related field.\n\n· Good understanding of computer vision, deep learning and image-processing fundamentals.\n\n· Experience with object detection, segmentation, tracking, pose estimation or 3D vision.\n\n· Proficiency in Python or C++.\n\n· Experience with computer-vision and machine-learning frameworks such as OpenCV and Py Torch.\n\n· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug data, model and system-integration issues.\n\nStrongly Preferred\n\n· Experience with RGB-D cameras, depth processing, point clouds or 3D scene understanding.\n\n· Experience selecting and integrating cameras or other perception sensors.\n\n· Familiarity with ROS or ROS 2.\n\n· Experience integrating perception with robotic manipulation or navigation.\n\n· Demonstrable work through deployed systems, technical projects, publications or robot demonstration videos.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n· End-to-end ownership of perception capabilities
