We are developing practical robotic capabilities for real-world deployment, with an initial focus on hospitality environments.\n\nOur goal is to create a scalable robotics platform that brings together perception, manipulation, navigation, interaction and task execution—enabling robots to perform useful work reliably across different applications and environment.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Robotics Software Engineer, Autonomy Systems to develop the software foundation that connects our robot’s hardware, intelligence and application capabilities.\n\nYou will integrate robotics modules into a reliable system, define interfaces between components and build the tools needed to deploy, monitor and improve robots in the field. You will also explore how agentic planning and natural-language interaction can enable robots to understand requests and coordinate high-level tasks.\n\nThis is a hands-on role with strong ownership of system architecture, integration quality and robot reliability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n· Design and maintain the software architecture connecting perception, manipulation, navigation, interaction and task execution.\n\n· Develop reusable interfaces, services and hardware abstraction layers across different robot platforms.\n\n· Integrate sensors, actuators, robot SDKs and third-party software into the robotics stack.\n\n· Build task orchestration, state management, error handling and recovery mechanisms.\n\n· Explore agentic task planning for high-level robot orchestration.\n\n· Build tools for configuration ,logging, monitoring, diagnostics and remote support.\n\n· Improve system performance ,reliability and maintainability through testing on physical robots.\n\n· Support robot deployment and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software boundaries.\n\n· Work closely with manipulation, perception, navigation and embodied AI engineers.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field.\n\n· Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python.\n\n· Experience developing or integrating software for robotic or embedded systems.\n\n· Experience with ROS or ROS 2and distributed software systems.\n\n· Understanding of software architecture, APIs, concurrency and inter-process communication.\n\n· Ability to diagnose complex system-level issues involving both hardware and software.\n\n· Comfortable working hands-on with physical robots.\n\nStrongly Preferred\n\n· Experience integrating multiple robotics capabilities into a production or deployment-ready system.\n\n· Experience with behavior trees, state machines, task planners or workflow orchestration.\n\n· Experience integrating LLM- or VLM-based agents, tool calling or semantic task planning with deterministic robot-execution frameworks.\n\n· Familiarity with Docker, Linux, CI/CD and software deployment on edge devices.\n\n· Experience with telemetry, observability, fleet management or remote robot operations.\n\n· Experience supporting robots in real-world customer
