Over three decades, our core values have shaped a supportive and creative environment that emphasizes employee engagement, technical excellence, and strong customer relationships.\nTo learn more about who we are and what it’s like to work at GeoSpectrum, we invite you to watch our company video by visiting www.geospectrum.ca.\nResponsibilities\nWork within our experienced manufacturing team of skilled engineers, technologists and technicians to produce cutting edge marine acoustic technology \nAssembly, inspection and test of electronic components and sub-assemblies, including: PCAs, wiring harnesses, electronics enclosures and racks.\nProduct testing, including; product characterization using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, impedance analyzers, and insulation resistance testers. \nComplete and maintain product build and test verification documentation. Assess product compliance to established quality standards \nMaintain product documentation including assembly and test procedures \nSupport and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing group \nOperate within a dynamic manufacturing environment in a safe manner, adhering to all safety precautions and procedures including the use of appropriate protective equipment \nSupporting and ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System \nQualifications\nTechnologist Diploma from a recognized college or university\nExperience in electrical or electronic assembly and test of components and systems\nDetail-oriented and well organized\nExperienced in reading engineering documentation, wiring schematics and BoM’s\nCompetent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook\nPassionate about build and test and producing a quality product\nGood teamwork and communication skills\nSecurity Requirements\nAll candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security clearances.\nTotal Rewards\nWe recognize that our people are our most valuable asset.
