You’ll be working alongside our personable and friendly Order Fulfillment Team as a liaison between Zaber and our customers.\nYou will be critical to Zaber’s success by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, shaping our reputation. In this role, you will process sales orders, manage customer accounts, document team processes, and collaborate with colleagues across the company. You will have opportunities to learn new skills, such as negotiating contracts, driving improvement projects, and exercising independent decision-making to resolve order-related issues.\nZaber designs and manufactures precision positioning devices and motion control systems for a variety of applications. Our mission is to deliver the desired products to our customers as smoothly as possible, enabling them to advance in science and technology.\nAs a Inside Sales Coordinator, you will:\nPrepare quotes and enter purchase orders and RMAs using our custom ERP system.\nCommunicate with customers via email, telephone, or other communication channels.\nCoordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and order lead time accuracy.\nDemonstrate good problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nResolve order-related issues and customer requests in a timely and effective manner.\nNegotiate and set-up payment terms, onboard new customers, negotiate Terms & Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).\nYou’re the ideal Inside Sales Coordinator if you:\nHave worked in an administrative role, preferably with order processing and/or logistics experience.\nCan manage and prioritize many tasks across multiple technologies with interruptions, while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.\nTake initiative and work independently when needed.\nHave effective and empathetic written and verbal communication.\nHave strong problem-solving or analytical skills and a customer service mindset.\nInside Sales Coordinator Details:\nThe starting wage for the role is $24 - $30/hour depending on experience.\nType: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite\nSelected Benefits: PHSP (health, dental & vision), Stock Options & Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Schedule, Paid Time Off, Casual Dress, Commuter Benefits, EAP.\nTeam: Order Fulfilment\n Apply for this Job\n Required Information\n Questions?
