You’ll have the freedom to assess and prioritize orders, assembling according to each product's Bill of Material (BoM).\nYou’ll be joining a successful company that focuses on designing and manufacturing the world's easiest-to-use positioning equipment. You’ll work within an advanced design and manufacturing team that allows us to build, test, and ship our products efficiently, demonstrating to our clients that we genuinely care about serving their needs.\nProduction Technician Responsibilities\nOn a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:\nBuild electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies\nIntegrate sub-assemblies into a variety of motion control devices\nImprove work instructions as necessary\nCheck products’ Bills of Material and prioritize orders for unique products.\nAssess the quality of finished products\nProduction Technician Qualifications\nAttention to detail, manual dexterity, and hands-on skills\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work both independently and with a team to achieve results and meet tight deadlines\nBasic computer skills, including databases and spreadsheets\nA Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics diploma or similar is an asset\nExperience with cleanroom environments or optical systems are assets\nProduction Technician Learning Opportunities\nGain experience in a manufacturing environment\nGain experience with electronics, soldering, and wire crimping\nUpskill through a collaborative team environment\nProduction Technician Details\nThe starting wage for the role is $22 - $29/hour, depending on experience.\nType: Full-time, Permanent.\nSelected Benefits: PHSP (health, dental & vision), Stock Options & Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Schedule, Paid Time Off, Casual Dress, Commuter Benefits, EAP.\nTeam: Production.\nThis role is classified as TEER 4 in Canada's National Occupational Classification (NOC).\n Apply for this Job\n Required Information\n Questions?
