You will have the opportunity to learn new skills while driving improvements in processes, documentation, and customer service by collaborating with colleagues across the company.\nYou’ll join our friendly and composed Order Fulfillment Team, coordinating with our Inside Sales Administrators and Packaging Associates to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams to help ensure a smooth ordering process for our customers.\nZaber is an employee-owned company that manufactures cutting-edge, precision robotics for industry-leading customers across a range of sectors. You will be vital to maintaining Zaber's high-level post-sales experience by ensuring timely order delivery, navigating entry requirements, and updating customers on customs changes.\nAs a Shipping Coordinator, you will:\nShip customer orders and RMAs using carrier software, online platforms, and other manual processes.\nPrepare export and import documents and other customs paperwork, and work with carriers, brokers, and customers to promptly release inbound and outbound shipments.\nCoordinate scheduling with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.\nCreate and review invoices, process credit card transactions, and work with the Accounting team to ensure customer and carrier payments are processed and tracked appropriately.\nCollaborate with Operations and Sales teams to support customers by providing shipping quotes, confirming trade classifications, etc.\nYou’re the ideal Shipping Coordinator if you:\nHave worked as a shipper or have experience in international logistics, customs administration, or trade compliance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.\nCan manage and prioritize many tasks across multiple technologies with interruptions, while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.\nTake initiative and work independently when needed.\nHave effective and empathetic written and verbal communication.\nHave strong problem-solving or analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.\nShipping Coordinator Role Details:\nWage: $20 - $33/hour depending on experience.\nTEER: 4\nType: Full-time, Permanent\nSelected Benefits: PHSP (health, dental & vision), Stock Options & Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Schedule, Paid Time Off, Casual Dress, Commuter Benefits, EAP\nTeam: Order Fulfillment\n Apply for this Job\n Required Information\n Questions?
