for this role should be located in one of the Indian Time zones.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists\nDevelop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations\nEnsure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards\nFacilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports\nBridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years project management experience in software product development.\nShould have extensive experience working in software product based companies.\nBanking / Fintech domain experience is highly preferred.\nExperience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field\nCore Competencies\nData security and privacy awareness\nExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory
