writing clean, maintainable code alongside your team members.\n\nDrive the architectural decisions for scalable, secure cloud-based solutions utilizing microservices architecture.\n\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Support and DevOps to clarify requirements, manage sprint scope, and align technical milestones with company goals.\n\nOwn the performance, resilience, and responsiveness of the team's microservices through technical guidance, high-standard code reviews, and proactive bottleneck resolution.\n\nLead deep-dive investigations into complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and critical bugs, guiding the team toward sustainable long-term fixes.\n\nContinuously explore and introduce emerging industry trends, tools, and best practices in cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps to elevate the team's capabilities.\n\nWhat you bring\nExperience leading a small development team, or a proven track record as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer leading large, complex features that required cross-team collaboration and alignment.\n\n5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a solid background in Cloud computing, Microservices, and technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, Python, Go, or similar.\n\nStrong Linux expertise, with hands-on experience in at least one of the following: low-level OS internals, virtualization, networking, or storage.\n\nProven experience developing applications and streamlining workflows using modern AI tools and frameworks.\n\nExceptional debugging, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills across distributed environments.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions across both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nYour education\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nNice to have\nExperience in developing and deploying microservices using Containers.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).\n\nGood understanding of RESTful
