# Software Engineer Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on R&D Team Leader with a strong background in Cloud computing development to lead a focused, agile team of 3 developers. In this role, you will balance direct people leadership with high-impact, hands-on technical contribution, guiding your team in architecting, designing, and delivering robust cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding and passion for the DevOps domain, drives high standards of engineering excellence, and thrives in mentoring developers while remaining close to the code to solve complex business problems. This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week from our office in Tel Aviv. Your day to day Guide, mentor, and run daily Scrum routines, removing roadblocks and fostering an efficient, high-morale engineering environment. Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of features owned by the team, remaining actively involved in writing clean, maintainable code alongside your team members.
