This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn cost, schedule and performance on a fixed-price, performance-based contract and report to the Contracting Officer's Representative\nRun the monthly outcome ledger, governance boards and risk register, and keep every deliverable on time\nLead transition-in so the team is badged, on site and operating within 60 days of award\nLead a team that spans infrastructure, platform engineering, cybersecurity and facilities, across Zaden and two teaming partners\nKeep the government's test calendars whole while the environment is consolidated and modernized\nMust have:\n10 years managing IT infrastructure or platform programs, 5 of them for DoD or federal health\nPMP, or 10 years of program management with a graduate degree in engineering or management\nExperience on a firm-fixed-price or performance-based contract\nU.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position\nNice to have:\nAn active Secret clearance or higher\nExperience with VMware, cloud or DevSecOps programs\nHealth IT or test-lab program experience\nLocation: Chantilly, Virginia, on site at the test center, with work at the Ashburn, Virginia data center as needed.\nCitizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs.
