What you'll do: Run monitoring, observability and alerting across both enclaves Define availability measures and the dashboards that track them Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for Severity 1 and 2 events Automate toil out of operations Must have: 5 or more years in site reliability, systems or operations engineering Hands-on with a monitoring stack such as Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana, or Zabbix Experience on an incident on-call rotation U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position DoD 8140 qualification for your work role before privileged access, or the ability to earn it within six months Nice to have: vSphere and Linux
