This role will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation programs.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong consulting and implementation background, excels at leading cross-functional teams, and has a proven ability to drive delivery while creating alignment across stakeholders. Experience with CPQ programs is highly desirable, though candidates with CRM or digital commerce implementation experience are also encouraged to apply.\nResponsibilities:\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.\nManage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs are proactively addressed.\nOwn project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.\nPartner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional project environments.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders.\nFoster collaboration across technical and business teams, helping unify delivery teams around shared goals and outcomes.\nCreate executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts effectively.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.\nRequirements\n8-12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.\nExperience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than purely operational or managed-service engagements.\nStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches.\nProven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms).\nExperience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programs.\nConsulting services or systems integrator background.\nExperience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.\nBenefits\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nUnlimited Vacation/PTO\nFull Health Benefits and 401k Fixed Percentage Plan (USA only) RRSP (Canada)\nFully remote and distributed teams\nPaid Parental Leave\nOngoing training and education opportunities\n0% Bureaucracy Culture - Focus is on responsibilities, not title\nLike what you see but don’t meet every requirement?
