γλώσσας\n\nΆριστη γνώση Ms Office.\n\nΕξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.\n\nΔίπλωμα οδήγησης.\n\nΑρμοδιότητες:\n\nΕπίβλεψη και έλεγχος ποιότητας των οικοδομικών έργων, πριν την παράδοσή τους.\n\nΚαταγραφή εργασιών που τυχόν πρέπει να γίνουν και παρακολούθηση της απόκατάστασής τους.\n\nΣτενή συνεργασία με υπεύθυνους έργων (project managers), μηχανικούς εργοταξίου και επιβλέποντες .\n\nΕπικοινωνία με πελάτες και ενημέρωσή τους, όπου
