HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.\nBuild interactions, animations, forms, dynamic CMS pages, and third-party integrations.\nHandle WordPress-to-Webflow migrations, URL mapping, and 301 redirects.\nImplement technical SEO, including schema, meta tags, H1s, alt text, canonicals, sitemaps, and redirects.\nSet up and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, Google Ads tracking, and other scripts.\nOptimize websites for Core Web Vitals, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.\nPerform end-to-end design, functional, responsive, SEO, and pre-launch QA.\nTroubleshoot and resolve staging and live website issues.\n\nRequired Skills\n4–5 years of hands-on Webflow development experience.\nStrong expertise in Webflow Designer, CMS, Components, Variables, and Interactions.\nStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nExcellent Figma-to-Webflow implementation skills.\nHands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.\nUnderstanding of Webflow MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI-assisted Webflow workflows.\nExperience with Webflow APIs and automation.\nGood understanding of technical SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.\nExperience with
