As AI transforms the future of financial services, we're building the platforms that help regulated organizations adopt AI responsibly and at scale.\nWhat Is the Opportunity?\nAs a Lead Technical Consultant, you technical expertise with strong client-engagement skills.\nYou understand the complexities of enterprise banking environments, from core systems and data integrations to modern SaaS architectures.\nYou will bring hands-on engineering experience and customer empathy to every engagement.\nThis role blends delivery, and customer advocacy.\nSolution Implementation and Delivery Excellence\nDesign and enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer and platform requirements.\nEnsure solution quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to standards.\nLead technical tasks from requirements gathering through deployment.\nTroubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them efficiently.\nCustomer Engagement and Technical Partnership\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nTranslate business objectives into technical designs and configuration approaches.\nConduct technical workshops, design reviews, and demonstrations to build client confidence.\nSupport delivery and ensure a seamless transition from implementation to production.\nMaintain ongoing engagement with customer technology teams to support solution stability and evolution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement\nCollaborate with Product Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to align implementations with Zafin’s platform strategy and standards.\nIdentify reusable patterns and best practices that support continuous improvement.\nParticipate in knowledge-sharing sessions and communities of practice.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior developers or consultants.\nOperational Support and Quality Assurance\nAssist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.\nMonitor production performance and coordinate with Operations teams to support uptime and data integrity.\nDocument and report key implementation learnings for future improvements.\nMust Have\nMinimum 9+ Years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Engineer, preferably in SaaS or banking-technology implementations.\nExperience and strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle, integration patterns, and modern API architectures.\nKnowledge of cloud concepts, with Azure preferred, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with banking systems and data-integration frameworks in enterprise financial-services environments.\nProven ability to deliver end-to-end or integration solutions Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.\nDemonstrated client-facing experience managing technical discussions, requirements, and expectations.\nExperience in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum and TDD/BDD.\nExperience troubleshooting complex, distributed systems in production environments.\nApplication-development experience in large enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.\nWhat’s in it for you\nJoining our team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
