Solution Implementation and Delivery Excellence\nAble to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer and platform requirements.\nAble to develop well-structured, testable, and efficient code across application and integration layers (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL).\nEnsure solution quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards.\nLead technical tasks from requirements gathering through deployment.\nTroubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them efficiently.\n2. Operational Support and Quality Assurance\nAssist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.\nMonitor production performance and coordinate with operations teams to ensure uptime and data integrity.\nWhat Do You Need to Succeed?\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle, integration patterns, and modern API architectures.\nKnowledge of cloud concepts (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with banking systems and data integration frameworks in enterprise financial services environments.\n5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Engineer, preferably in SaaS or banking technology implementations.\nProven ability to deliver end-to-end software or integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.\nDemonstrated client-facing experience managing technical discussions, requirements, and expectations.\nExperience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, TDD/BDD).\nExperience troubleshooting complex, distributed systems in production environments.\nApplication development experience in large enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.\nWhat’s in it for you\nJoining our team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
