You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver resilient, high-performing solutions while championing modern quality engineering practices.\nIn this role, you will:\nDefine and drive the quality engineering and automation strategy.\nDesign scalable automation frameworks across UI, APIs, backend services, and integrations.\nIntegrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.\nLead API, database, event-driven, and end-to-end testing.\nImprove performance, resilience, and scalability through continuous testing.\nEstablish quality metrics and engineering best practices.\nMentor engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.\nExplore and adopt AI-driven approaches to enhance quality engineering.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking experienced Quality Engineering professionals (6-9 years) who think like software engineers and are passionate about building quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.\nYou'll be a great fit if you have:\nProven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks.\nStrong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.\n Hands-on experience with API automation (Rest Assured/Postman), SQL, and backend validation.\nExperience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.\nKnowledge of performance testing, Kafka/event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications (preferably Azure/Kubernetes).\nA collaborative mindset with experience mentoring teams and influencing engineering best practices.\nWe're particularly interested in candidates from global product companies, fintech, banking technology, GCCs, and high-growth SaaS organizations who have a passion for solving complex engineering challenges and driving innovation.\nWhat’s in it for you\nJoining our team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
