You will translate banking, product, pricing, billing, workflow, integration, and data requirements into scalable technical solutions that support successful client implementations.\nYou will work across implementation planning, solution design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment readiness, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement. At the Technical Consultant III level, you will also provide hands-on technical direction, mentor junior team members, support client-facing decisions, and help ensure delivery of quality, maintainability, security, auditability, and operational readiness.\nWhat will you do?\nDeliver implementation of workstreams across product, pricing, billing, offers, eligibility, approvals, reporting, integrations, automation, and related platform capabilities.\nTranslate client requirements into solution approaches, configuration designs, data mappings, interface specifications, test plans, and implementation tasks.\nConfigure, customize, and develop backend, frontend, API, integration, reporting, automation, workflow, and data processing components.\nDesign and implement APIs, file transformations, validation rules, error handling, reconciliation logic, and interface behavior for integrations.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across application logic, configuration, databases, APIs, batch jobs, data flows, environments, deployments, and client systems.\nDefine and execute functionality, integration, regression, negative, edge-case, and data-driven testing to confirm agreed acceptance criteria.\nLead client workshops, technical discussions, demos, defect triage, delivery checkpoints, scope clarification, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.\nLead workstreams, guide technical design and delivery decisions, mentor junior team members, and contribute reusable accelerators, documentation, and best practices.\nCustomer-focused and consultative, with the ability to understand business outcomes and translate them into practical technical solutions.\nStrong ownership, accountability, and follow-through across design, build, test, deployment, and support activities.\nAbility to balance delivery speed with quality, scalability, maintainability, security, auditability, and operational supportability.\nClear communication with internal teams and client stakeholders, including the ability to explain complex technical topics in business-friendly language.\nSound judgment in identifying risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and escalation paths before they affect delivery outcomes.\nCollaborative leadership, mentoring mindset, and willingness to help other team members improve delivery quality.\nWhat do I need to succeed?\nMust have: \nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, enterprise application implementation, or related delivery roles.\nStrong experience delivering configurable enterprise or SaaS solutions in client implementation environments.\nHands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, J2EE, object-oriented design, design patterns, Maven, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.\nStrong database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting across application, configuration, integration, environment, workflow, performance, and deployment issues.\nExperience designing, developing, or supporting REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, JSON/XML interfaces, batch interfaces, file-based integrations, data mappings, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with Kubernetes, at least one cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and messaging or streaming technologies such as Kafka or Redpanda.\nStrong understanding of API design, service integration, authentication, authorization, secure interface patterns, encryption and decryption for files, data in motion, and data at rest, and OWASP Top 10 risks.\nExperience monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, production support, and performance testing for APIs, integrations, batch jobs, workflows, and platform components.\nAbility to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, implementation tasks, Jira stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, configuration approaches, deployment inputs, and clear system diagrams.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, including experience working with business analysts, QA, DevOps, architects, product teams, project managers, and customer technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to lead a technical workstream or module, review team deliverables, mentor junior team members, manage delivery risks, and provide credible client-facing technical guidance.\n Nice to have:\nBanking or financial services domain experience, especially in rates and fees, billing, offers, deal management, relationship pricing, eligibility, workflows, auditability, data migration, or client implementation delivery.\nExperience implementing enterprise SaaS applications for large financial institutions.\nExperience with NoSQL databases, caching technologies, OAuth, Argo CD, deployment automation, and advanced DevOps practices.\nExperience with Apache NiFi or other ETL tools, Schema Registry, Temporal or other workflow engines, Apache Flink, automation testing, JUnit, reconciliation, and support tooling.\nExperience facilitating technical workshops, solution design sessions, integration discussions,
